Role: Maintenance Engineer

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Interaction Technical has partnered with a leading global manufacturer of engineered fasteners, installation machines, and parts feeding equipment to find an experienced Maintenance Engineer for their growing team. The company offers a great working environment at their state-of-the-art site in Corby and is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to aid the growth of the company.

Overtime available at an enhanced rate; 28 days annual leave inclusive of public holidays

  • Company Pension, Health Care Plan
  • Funded Qualifications (Electrical, 18th edition, etc)
  • Training & Development surrounding electrical & mechanical capabilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance on an array of manufacturing machinery on site, monitoring preventative maintenance schedules, and planned work to ensure repairs, maintenance, and part orders are up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Electrical and mechanical repairs, fault finding, and maintenance
  • Complete relevant training & development to progress career

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a maintenance engineer, carrying out PPMs, Reactive Maintenance, attending breakdowns, electrical or mechanical fault finding & repairs
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a maintenance engineer
  • Previous experience in CAD Design systems (reading technical drawings)
  • Relevant qualifications, either electrical or mechanical (City & Guilds, NVQs)
