Job Overview:

OCTANE RECRUITMENT is seeking an experienced Automotive Repair Technician Lead to join our client's successful dealership in Romford. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of vehicle technicians in diagnosing and repairing complex faults
  • Mentor and develop junior technicians to achieve their full potential
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve workshop efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards and within agreed timescales

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Vehicle Technician or similar role
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with industry-standard diagnostic tools and software
