Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Health Advisor to join our team. As a Civil Engineer Health Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring safety compliance across all aspects of the civil engineering projects, working closely with project teams to meet stringent health and safety standards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in construction or civil engineering to develop their skills and expertise in health and safety management.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure safety compliance across all aspects of the civil engineering projects
  • Work closely with project teams to meet stringent health and safety standards
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance health and safety awareness
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on-site
  • Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents to determine root causes and implement preventative measures

Requirements

  • NEBOSH diploma level or equivalent in Occupational Health and Safety (essential)
  • Knowledge and understanding of civil engineering or construction practices
  • Experience in a similar role within the civil engineering, construction, or infrastructure industry

Salary and Benefits

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of £60,000-£65,000 per annum, plus a generous accommodation allowance. The company offers a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
