Exciting Opportunity for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our state-of-the-art production facility in St Ives. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective operation of our plant machinery.

About the Role

As a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure
  • Reacting to breakdowns and carrying out remedial repair work
  • Completing project work to improve plant efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Fault finding and root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our maintenance processes

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience working as a maintenance engineer in a factory environment
  • Experience working within manufacturing would be beneficial
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
