## Key Responsibilities

* Oversee and manage the design of new class-leading motorcycle chassis, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative chassis designs, leveraging expertise in motorcycle chassis design and its interaction with powertrain and electronics.
* Utilize hands-on engineering and mechanical experience to drive design decisions and ensure the successful execution of projects.
* Work closely with the team to identify and address technical challenges, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

## Requirements

* Minimum of 10 years of automotive engineering background and/or 5 years of motorcycle experience.
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality designs and leading cross-functional teams.
