Senior Garment Designer - Lifestyle Brand

Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced senior garment designer to join our team at TRP Recruitment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality womenswear designs that meet the needs of our premium lifestyle brand.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of current high street trends
  • Collaborate with the fabric team to develop innovative fabrics and textures
  • Ensure effective communication with internal and external teams
  • Lead the development of all sampling, ensuring timely completion

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of fabric sourcing and usage
  • Experience in jersey and woven production environments
  • Previous experience working with suppliers in a retail setting
  • Excellent CAD and illustration skills
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Innovative and fun personality
