Education Industry Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant. This is a fantastic opportunity to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment and build relationships with schools and educators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with schools and educators through sales and business development.
- Identify client needs and requirements to fill vacancies in schools.
- Attend client meetings, school visits, recruitment fairs, and expos to identify new opportunities.
- Search for candidates using various tools, including advertising, CV searching, referrals, and the CRM.
- Shortlist CVs, contact educators, and interview face-to-face to build a pipeline of candidates.
- SUPPORT SCHOOLS WITH EDUCATORS ON A TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT BASIS.
- Assist schools with emergency cover on a daily basis, filling bookings quickly.
- Maintain regular contact with candidates and clients, building excellent lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with resourcers and compliance teams to ensure candidates are fully cleared for work.
- Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge.
- Review your performance to continuously improve.

Requirements:
- PREVIOUS SALES EXPERIENCE OR HAVING WORKED IN A TARGET AND KPI-FOCUSED ROLE.
- DRIVE, DETERMINATION, AND MOTIVATION.

- Confident, positive, and resilient personality.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
