Sales Development Manager

This leading international entertainment company, with a prestigious portfolio of live music events and brand partnerships, is expanding its presence in the UAE. Known for managing premium advertising spaces at major music events, they work with global brands to create unforgettable audience experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly targets of £100,000 through brand partnerships
- Conducting market research focused on the Middle Eastern luxury sector
- Making daily outreach to potential partners (100 calls target)
- Creating bespoke proposals for regional and international brands
- Collaborating with global teams across different time zones
- Managing relationships with high-net-worth clients and luxury brands
- Providing detailed performance reports and revenue forecasts
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Natural sales ability and entrepreneurial mindset
- Exceptional communication skills across different cultures
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities
- Self-motivated with excellent time management
- Passion for music and live entertainment
- Understanding of Middle Eastern business culture (advantageous)
- Additional language skills, particularly Arabic (beneficial)
