We are seeking a seasoned Dayforce Consultant to join our team at Corecruitment International. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to make a significant impact on the business by leveraging their expertise in payroll, HR, and workforce management.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Dayforce implementation, excellent business acumen, and strong communication skills. They will be able to analyze complex business requirements and develop effective solutions using Dayforce.
This role involves working closely with the L&D director and People Director to drive positive change and transformation within the organization. The successful candidate will have a background in influencing business changes and be able to start immediately or quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Dayforce solutions to meet business needs
- Analyze and improve business processes using Dayforce
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience with Dayforce implementation (6 months minimum)
- Excellent business acumen and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
