Job Description: As a Payroll Specialist at Dow Jones, you will be responsible for managing complex payrolls across multiple countries. Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll data, while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will work closely with our outsourcing partners, TMF Group and Ceridian Dayforce, to ensure seamless execution of payroll processes. Additionally, you will provide expert guidance to employees and managers on pay-related matters, including taxation and national insurance/social security. To succeed in this role, you will require exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. A minimum of 3 years of experience in in-house UK payroll/EMEA payrolls is necessary, with 5+ years preferred. Strong knowledge of UK payroll tax framework and European taxes is essential. Estimated Salary: $58,000 - $68,000 per annum.
