Senior Care Coordinator Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Care Coordinator to join our team in Merseyside. As a senior member of our care coordination team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of care to service users.
The successful candidate will have significant experience in managing care packages, coordinating care delivery, and acting as the first point of contact for service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
No two days are the same in this role, and the ideal candidate will be able to evidence their adaptability and aptitude to work well under pressure, using their initiative and thinking on their feet.
This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, but at times, travel across the Merseyside region will be required. Therefore, applicants must hold a Driving Licence and have access to a vehicle.
The salary for this position is £32,410 per annum, which includes payment for on-call time. There is also the opportunity to earn a bonus of up to £2,000 per annum.
