Job Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled Sous Chef to work in our kitchen at Kendrew Barracks, Oakham. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, preparing delicious meals for our customers. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, excellent time management skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Key Duties: The Sous Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations, managing staff, and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standard. They will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and managing inventory levels.

What We Offer: In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive hourly rate of £14.37, working 37.5 hours per week over 5 days. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, helping you to grow and succeed in your career.

Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience as a sous chef or equivalent position. You should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
