About the Role

As an Early Years Foundation Stage Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an engaging curriculum that caters to the diverse needs of each child. Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that inspire and engage children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Foster a positive, safe, and nurturing environment for all pupils.
  • Utilize varied teaching methods to accommodate different learning needs and abilities.
  • Work closely with support staff to ensure the development of all students, particularly those requiring extra help.
  • Assess, track, and report on pupil progress regularly, ensuring all pupils meet their developmental milestones.
Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Previous experience teaching Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • A thorough understanding of the EYFS curriculum and pedagogy.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
