Early Years Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our team in the Harrow area. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of children's language and communication skills, encouraging positive behaviour, and providing pastoral support when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of children's language and communication skills.
- Encourage positive behaviour and provide pastoral support to children when required.
- Prepare and set up activities, ensuring resources are available and used appropriately.
- Provide feedback to parents and carers on children's progress and achievements.
- Foster a safe and inclusive atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Early Years Practitioner in an early childhood education setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Paediatric First Aid qualification preferred.
