About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Door person to join our Guest Experience team at Broadwick Soho. As a Door person, you will be responsible for providing a luxurious first impression, greeting and assisting guests and visitors at their arrival and departure, helping with luggage and chauffeurs, directing them and providing information about the hotel and the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to guests and visitors, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
  • Work closely with all departments across the hotel to maximise efficiency and communication, ensuring service delivery across the hotel runs smoothly.
  • Solve problems and suggest alternatives to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and experience.
  • Be flexible and multi-skilled, undertaking different tasks as required to meet the needs of our guests and talents.

Requirements

  • Experience in a luxury/lifestyle restaurant or bar or 5* luxury hotel operation.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure.
  • Great attention to detail and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Your charisma, individuality and positive energy.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking with guests, colleagues and the senior leadership team.
  • Able to work 40 hours per week including late evenings and weekends.
