Join Our Team as a Boutique Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Boutique Ambassador to join our team at Cartier. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring the overall boutique environment is impeccable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Welcoming and Waiting Time Management
    • Welcome and greet clients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
    • Manage waiting times efficiently, using our app to keep clients informed.
    • Direct clients to a waiting area and ensure they are taken care of by our Hospitality team.
    • Provide information and storytelling about the Maison and the boutique.
  • Client Flow & Orientation
    • Answer client questions and assess their needs regarding orientation.
    • Direct clients to the appropriate department or representative.
    • Ensure a smooth client flow within the boutique.
  • Sales Assistance
    • Bring and return pieces for Sales Associates.
    • Assist discreetly with various tasks during a sale.
    • Coordinate between Sales Associates and Stock Executive/Cashier/Voituriers, etc.
    • Gift wrapping and management of the packaging area.
    • Order taxis and accompany clients to the door upon departure.
  • Boutique Environment
    • Ensure the overall boutique environment is impeccable.
    • Responsible for the music and olfactory atmosphere of the boutique.
    • Ensure windows and counters are in perfect condition.
  • Daily Boutique Operations
    • Respect all group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines.
    • Participate in inventories, price labeling, and set up/breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique.
    • Participate in the implementation of Visual Merchandising guidelines.
    • Order boutique facilities (bags, drinks, edition material, office facilities, etc.).
    Requirements:
