Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new sub-contractors efficiently, ensuring timely registration and compliance.
  • Coordinate the distribution of registration packs and chase missing documents to maintain a seamless process.
  • Conduct thorough checks on Right to Work documents, BRP, and ECS, guaranteeing compliance with HMRC and CIS legislation.
  • Collaborate closely with Payroll to ensure a smooth transition from worker registration to payment.
Compliance and Due Diligence
  • Monitor and distribute post inbox content to the team, ensuring timely action.
  • Stay up-to-date with HMRC and CIS legislation, expanding your knowledge to drive compliance excellence.
  • Conduct regular internal audits, including Settled Status, VAT, and UTR checks, to maintain due diligence standards.
  • Verify client documents and system setup, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
  • Proactive and ambitious individual with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong team player with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Reliable transportation or local commuting ability due to office location.
What We Offer
  • Competitive basic salary up to £28,000, dependent on experience.

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
