We are seeking a dedicated CBT Practitioner to join our Insight team, which provides well-rounded care following the Early Intervention for Psychosis standards. As a key member of the team, you will deliver high-quality CBT services to individuals experiencing first-episode psychosis, contributing to the development of clinical services and collaborating with professional staff and other disciplines.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of psychotherapy services and governmental objectives, as well as knowledge of legislation related to the client group and mental health. They will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling formation of networks with professionals within the organization and from other agencies.

We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive protected CPD time, various development pathways, leadership and mentoring programs, and access to funding for training.
