Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and book accommodations for clients, selecting hotels, resorts, and vacation rentals that meet their preferences.
  • Coordinate itineraries, working closely with clients to design customized travel plans that include activities and special requests.
  • Communicate with suppliers, confirming bookings and verifying availability to secure the best options for clients.
  • Provide client support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a smooth travel experience.
  • Promote travel opportunities through effective marketing strategies, showcasing exciting options and building a loyal client base.

Requirements

  • A passion for travel and creating memorable experiences for clients.
  • Proficiency with basic computer tools and internet use.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and proficient in English (bilingual is a plus).
  • Previous experience in customer service or travel coordination is a bonus, but not required.
