Barrow Cadbury Trust is seeking a skilled Programme Manager to lead our Criminal Justice programme. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the criminal justice system and experience in the third sector.
The programme focuses on young adults in the criminal justice system and addresses the intersections between racial justice, gender justice, and criminal justice. We are looking for someone who can build a successful campaign for change and help us achieve our mission of improving the criminal justice system for young adults and eliminating race and gender discrimination within it.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of criminal justice, experience of the third sector, and an understanding of how to build a successful campaign for change. They will be able to work in partnerships with others to bring about structural change and increase social justice and equality.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the programme, developing and implementing strategies, and working with stakeholders to achieve our goals.
