About the Role
The Senior Care Assistant role at Healthcare Ireland Group is a critical leadership position within our Residential Care Homes. In this role, you will work closely with our dedicated care team to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage shifts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to residents.
- Monitor and allocate work for care assistants, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with residents, colleagues, and visitors.
- Administer and manage medication, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Undertake other duties as designated by the Home Manager.
