**Job Summary:**

Hireful is recruiting a Health and Social Care Coordinator to work in a hybrid setting with some home working and office time at Badgemore Park, Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire. The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable populations and a strong understanding of health and social care systems.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Empower clients with complex health and social care needs by advocating for their rights and interests.
  • Build relationships with health and social care providers to improve outcomes for our communities and clients.

**Requirements:**

The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, nursing, education) and experience working with vulnerable populations. They must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Benefits:**

This part-time role (0.4fte, 16 hours per week) offers a competitive salary of £11,457 p.a. (£28,643 fte), plus benefits including a pension scheme, personal training budget, and generous paid holiday equivalent to 7 weeks per year plus bank holidays. Applicants must have a valid UK driving license and access to a car.
