Their key clients include: Google, The Guardian, Tesco, Santander, The Armed Forces, Mastercard, EY, The London Stock Exchange, Cisco, Phoenix Group, TSB and the NHS.

They are looking for a detail oriented Diversity and Inclusion Programme Manager to join their team to help them develop effective client relationships whilst project managing the delivery of excellent programmes which meet the client’s needs and grows theirbrand, programmes and mission. You will be working in collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure your clients receive the best service. Your key responsibilities will include:
Project and programme management

Creating project and programme plans that meet client needs and expectations.

Managing project timelines and milestones in partnership with events, learning, content and communications teams.

Acting as hosts for client events, ensuring participants are welcomed and cared for throughout.

Developing and manage programme budgets and forecasts - ensuring programmes are delivered on-time and on-budget.

Client and account management

Building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Providing regular, meaningful updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Analysing and acting on client feedback to improve programmes and services.

Identifying and signpost new opportunities to expand or add value to programmes with existing clients as well as opportunities for cross selling

Ensuring the retention of clients in line with KPI’s

Ensure the CRM systems are maintained up-to-date for relationship management and business development purposes.

About you

You will be able to work at a fast pace with previous experience overseeing the delivery of multiple projects to different clients. Attention to detail is key for this position and you will have previous experience with careful planning and execution inaddition to proof-reading documents and presentations.

As you will be working in collaboration with internal stakeholders and our clients you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
