**Job Description** What you get to do in this role**:
Diverse and inclusive teams inspire people to contribute to their fullest, bring new ideas to life, and drive meaningful impact and change. Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team is on a journey to help ServiceNow and our customers drive change, so our workplaces and our world become more equitable. We’re working to embed DEI into every aspect of our business and culture and we invite you to join us.

In this role as the **EMEA DEI Lead**, you will steer the ongoing implementation of the enterprise DEI strategy in the EMEA region in partnership with related People Team functions and stakeholders. You will facilitate processes, share ideas, and drive actions to support belonging in the workplace. You will coach and advise on leading DEI practices across different teams and territories, ensuring that our organization and people are equipped to champion everyday inclusion in their roles.

The primary remit of this role is the EMEA region but you will report to our Global DEI team based in the US. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to expand their knowledge of Global DEI practices and share learnings across borders to enrich ServiceNow’s culture.

**What you get to do in this role**:

- Tailor and execute the enterprise DEI strategy in the EMEA region as part of our EMEA People Plan. This includes quarterly reporting on progress to our EMEA Leadership Team, and working with the EMEA Senior HRBP Director and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment across business functions and territories.
- Partner with all HRBP Directors across the EMEA region and support local DEI initiatives in countries. For example, support EMEA South territory to ensure DEI considerations are embedded into our hiring practices in line with local disability hiring requirements.
- Coordinate regional DEI reporting, including legislative gender pay gap reporting (e.g., in the UK, Ireland, France, and Spain) in partnership with local People Partners and Compensation team
- Provide ongoing support for the regional Employee Belonging Groups (our DEI staff networks). Support them with building community and planning events, and provide ad-hoc coaching with a focus on ongoing personal development
- Act as the main point of contact with our external partnership organizations that support ServiceNow in achieving hiring and representation goals as well as amplifying our external talent brand (e.g., Color in Tech, Working Mums). This includes planning internal programs, attending external events, writing thought pieces, and coordinating awards submissions
- Support EMEA’s DEI learning journey by creating and delivering DEI learning sessions where needed

**Qualifications** To be successful in this role you have**:
This role is best suited for a mid-level DEI practitioner. We would like someone who has:

- Demonstratable, significant work experience in operationalizing DEI strategy with strong global awareness
- Strong program management skills, including a focus on defining and tracking progress and success metrics
- Ability to provide DEI coaching to key stakeholders, with a focus on inclusion best practices
- Facilitation experience, ability to inspire action and bring others along with you during learning interventions and training
- Be able to embrace change with a resilient attitude; ability to work cross-functionally and as part of a global team with flexibility and agility in role
- Ability to navigate sensitive situations with confidentiality and empathy, and manage risk appropriately

We know that career experiences differ greatly, and you may fulfil all or some of the qualifications stated above. If this role has sparked your interest for ServiceNow and you think you’d be up to the task, we’d love to hear from you

We are particularly keen to hear from people with DEI experience who also have lived experience from underserved communities.
