Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Northumbrian Water. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
  • Conduct routine inspections and testing to identify potential issues and prevent downtime
  • Perform fault diagnosis and repair of electrical systems and equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective maintenance and repair of electrical systems
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to optimize system performance and reduce downtime

Requirements

  • Time served Electrical Technician educated to at least ONC/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
  • Experience in maintenance background in reactive breakdowns and planned work
  • Ability to manage time efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong Health and Safety ethic
  • Full, UK driving license
