We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Planning and Development Coordinator to join our client's team in Cheshire. As a key member of the team, you will work on a variety of planning projects, including residential, hospitality, healthcare, and commercial developments.

About the Company:

Our client is a forward-thinking consultancy that has a track record for helping clients and landowners to successfully apply for planning permissions and deliver their property development projects. They have a strong focus on commercial planning, working with businesses such as hotels, restaurants, coffee shop groups, house builders, breweries, banks, sports and leisure operators, retailers, and property developers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Previous professional experience in a similar role, either public or private sector
  • Preparing and submitting planning applications for various types of developments
  • Assisting with appeals and land promotion through Local Plans
Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our client also offers an impressive benefits package with bonus regularly paid based upon performance, and flexible hybrid working arrangement.
