Community Outreach Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Regional Harm Reduction Specialist to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of community-based initiatives across the North East region.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Engage key stakeholders and promote the work of our service
- Deliver training sessions to educate members of the public, local communities, and professionals on problem gambling awareness and referral pathways
- Develop and support a network of Community Champions for gambling-related harm
- Plan and execute community campaigns to raise awareness and prevent problem gambling
**Requirements:**
- A minimum level 4 qualification in a relevant field (health and social care, social work, education, community, mental health, health promotion or equivalent)
- Experience working within a Gambling or Addiction setting
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to travel independently across the North East region, and have a strong understanding of the issues surrounding problem gambling. The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
