Regional Operations Manager

As a key member of our team at Rontec Roadside Retail Limited, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to lead our operations in the Luton and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our Shop N Drive Forecourt sites are consistently performing in line with company standards and brand partner requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive shop sales and site profitability through effective management and implementation of sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company procedures, prioritizing issues to maintain essential standards.
- Identify business opportunities for new stores and existing store developments, analyzing sales, audits, performance, and customer service standards.
- Lead the successful opening and operation of new or re-furbished stores in the area, ensuring adequate control reporting and performance improvement.
- Prioritize tasks to meet the varying requirements of each store and operator, completing business reviews and assisting in risk identification and mitigation.
- Liaise with company departments to maintain consistent store operational standards and presentation.
Requirements:
- A Level education or equivalent, combined with at least two years of retail management experience.
- Attention to detail, strong customer focus, and excellent time management skills.
- An enabling leadership style, with the ability to develop and mentor others and lead by example.
- Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions, drive, and motivation to challenge yourself and others.
- Flexibility and availability to meet the demands of an open-all-hours business.
