About the Role:
Pension Administrator - Financial Services

As a Pension Administrator at EngineeringUK, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service to ensure our clients experience a smooth journey from opening their pension account to exercising their options to take their retirement income. You will be part of a team of 12 administrators who will work collaboratively to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Opening New Pension Accounts: Ensure all regulatory and internal requirements have been met.
  2. Pension Transfer Documentation: Analyse and vet all pension transfer documentation and liaise with 3rd party pension providers to progress transfers.
  3. Client Contributions: Process single client contributions and set up direct debit collections.
  4. Pension Retirement Benefits: Process and calculate pension retirement benefits.
  5. Industry Knowledge: Gain and maintain a good understanding of pensions and platforms within the Financial Services market.

Requirements:

  1. Administration/Processing Experience: Ideally gained within Financial Services.
  2. Pension Administration: Experience and an understanding of Personal Pension Administration.
  3. Software Skills: Demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
