Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Support Worker to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis. As a SEN Support Worker, you will provide essential support to students across the school, ensuring their physical, social, and emotional welfare is catered for.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to work with a school that caters for children who have been excluded from mainstream education and have moderate to severe learning difficulties/additional needs. You will work closely with teachers to adapt support according to the individualised needs of students, making a real difference in their lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to students across the school, ensuring their physical, social, and emotional welfare is catered for.

- Manage behaviours that challenge and provide a safe and supportive environment for students.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong understanding of SEN and the ability to adapt support according to individual needs.
- Experience working with children who have moderate to severe learning difficulties/additional needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to providing a safe and supportive environment for students.
Teaching Personnel offers a competitive rate of pay, between £85-100, and the opportunity to work with a school that makes a real difference in the lives of students. We also offer free child protection and prevent duty training, as well as full assistance with DBS checks.
