We are seeking an experienced Autism Support Worker Supervisor to join our team at Aspris Children's Services Limited.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in autism support and experience of working in a residential childcare setting. You will be responsible for supervising a team of support workers, supporting the development of our young people through daily living experiences and activities, and contributing to the overall delivery of our care and support services. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £29,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a pension scheme, paid DBS checks, and commitment to ongoing training and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of support workers to ensure high standards of care are maintained
  • Support the development of our young people through daily living experiences and activities
  • Contribute to the overall delivery of our care and support services
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential and Childcare
  • Previous experience in a residential childcare setting
  • Experience of working with young people with autism and challenging behaviors
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Caring and compassionate approach to working with vulnerable young people
