About the Role

Community Integrated Care is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Advanced Support Worker in Worcester. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to lead the best life possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live independently
• Develop and implement personalized support plans to promote independence and well-being
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless care and support
• Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals, promoting confidence and self-esteem

Requirements

• Level 3 in Social Care or equivalent experience
• Strong experience in mental health, autism, and forensic backgrounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to delivering high-quality care and support
