Senior Management Accountant

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Management Accountant to join our Country Finance Team at EG Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for producing monthly management accounts, accomplishing key financial close & day-to-day activities efficiently, and providing dedicated accounting support.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Perform management accounting duties with accuracy and attention to detail, including posting key journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement robust processes to enhance financial reporting and internal controls.
- Support with financial internal & external auditors and assist with year-end statutory accounts.
- Develop and maintain robust processes and controls in line with Group requirements.
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant – ACCA / ACA / CIMA or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and technical skills.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport and work with senior stakeholders.
- Pro-active work ethic with high productivity.
- Proficient in accounting software & creating reports.
- Adaptable and open to changing priorities.
