Role Overview
As a Senior Financial Manager, you will serve as a crucial financial partner to the Senior Management Teams and the Board. Your responsibilities will include overseeing management accounts, financial reporting, and ensuring stringent controls over accounting processes.
You will lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, coordinating and reviewing financial activities at month-end, quarter-end, and year-end.
Your role will also involve reviewing the balance sheet reconciliation process across multiple entities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
You will be responsible for planning and executing audit processes, maintaining strong relationships with auditors, and overseeing the preparation and submission of year-end statutory accounts in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.
Qualifications RequiredTo excel in this dynamic role, you should be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience in large, complex organizations. A proactive and ambitious mindset is essential, along with the ability to influence and drive change.
