Nursing Care Specialist Needed
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursing Care Specialist to join our team at the NHS Western General Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert nursing care, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

About the Role
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patients' conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians or as authorized by the healthcare facility.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and medical history.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements
- BSN or relevant degree in nursing.
- Current registration with the NMC.
- Proven experience working in an NHS Trust Hospital.
