About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible individual to join our team as a Food Service Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist with food preparation, including light cooking and food presentation
  • Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Previous customer service or food service experience is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
