We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Front of House team in Inverness. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our business.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages to customers
  • Preparing orders and clearing tables
  • Operating the till and handling cash
  • Restocking items and maintaining a clean and organized environment
  • Undertaking relevant training and development opportunities
What We're Looking For
  • Friendly, polite, and motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is desirable, but not essential
  • Barista experience is also desirable, but not essential
