Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively maintain and service high-performance letter insertion and sorting equipment
• Utilize technical expertise to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
• Develop strong relationships with clients on site, ensuring excellent communication and professional service delivery
Requirements:
• Strong Electro-Mechanical background with experience in diagnosing and resolving complex issues
• Excellent customer-facing skills, with effective verbal and written communication abilities
• Proactive, forward-thinking individual with experience working in fast-paced, busy environments
Benefits:
• Competitive salary: £34,000 (rising to £35,000 after 6-month probation) + 15% shift allowance + overtime up to x2.5
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• 6% pension contribution rising to 8% following 2 years service
