Primary School Support Worker

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a primary school in London.
This role involves providing high-quality support to students with special educational needs (SEN), working closely with the class teacher and SENCo to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students with SEN to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
- Develop and implement tailored support plans to meet the individual needs of students.
- Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCo to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the class teacher to develop and implement IEPs and strategies to support students with SEN.
- Provide individualised support to students with SEN, including adaptive resources and materials.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers to ensure seamless support for students.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of different SEN conditions, such as autism, ADHD, or learning difficulties. This is a full-time position, with a competitive salary range of £27,000 - £37,000 per annum.
