Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Marketing and Communications and the marketing team.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and accommodation.
  • Manage the marketing team calendar and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Handle requests for marketing support from across the firm.
  • Coordinate with external providers and suppliers as needed.

About You

We are looking for a strong communicator with solid administration experience. The ideal candidate will have gained the following skills:

  • Excellent IT skills, including experience with MS Teams and Planner.
  • A passion for and interest in marketing.
  • Well-organized and meticulous in approach.
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and to deadlines.
  • Proactive approach to assisting with marketing requests.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Proven ability in literacy and numeracy.
  • Enthusiastic attitude and approach to work.
  • Reliable, dependable, and adaptable to change.
  • Ability to recognize confidential information and treat it appropriately.
