Nurse - Mental Health Rehabilitation

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Stansfield Place, a 12-bedded male mental health rehabilitation unit in Rochdale. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to patients with a variety of mental health problems, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Main Responsibilities- Provide direct care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Act as the named nurse with responsibility for the overall care of an identified group of clients.
- Regularly act as shift co-ordinator, ensuring the smooth running of the clinical area and best utilisation of resources available, with support from senior staff.
- Registered Mental Health Nurse Qualification.
- At least 12 months experience of working as a qualified nurse.
- Experience of working within a mental health setting, including experience of care planning and risk assessment.
