Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Fines Officer in the Enforcement Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Fixed Penalties team, ensuring the efficient and effective processing of driving licences and other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including processing driving licences and opening post
  • Monitor and respond to email inquiries and telephone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with stakeholders and the public to provide excellent customer service
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
