Enablement Worker

NHS Scotland is committed to providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Enablement Worker to join our team in East Ross.
Job Summary:
- Provide assistance and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and well-being.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, delivering personalized care and ensuring health and social care standards are maintained.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify the needs of service users, developing and implementing personalized care plans.
- Provide practical and emotional support to service users, promoting independence and confidence.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and social workers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service user interactions and care plans.
Requirements:
- SVQ2 or willingness to work towards it.
- Current driving license and use of own car.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours:
31.5 hours per week, split shift pattern (8-12pm & 4-9pm) on a 4 days on 4 days off rota.
