Business Development and Marketing Role

A highly organised and proactive individual with a demonstrable understanding of law firm business development and marketing fundamentals is required to join a leading City Law firm as a Business Development & Marketing Manager.

The successful candidate will execute marketing and business development plans, identify opportunities and provide high quality, proactive business development and marketing support. With exceptional written skills, they will write, edit and update website pages, articles, blogs and client mailings.

This role offers a competitive salary and core benefits scheme, including 25+ days annual leave, pension, private medical, discretionary bonus and more. Hybrid working is also offered.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify opportunities and insights, researching external associations, networks, events and marketing opportunities
  2. Organise tenders, pitches and presentations
  3. Plan and coordinate award entries and directory entries
  4. Coordinate, update and write content for website pages, social media and client mailings
  5. Organise social media calendar and produce digital media
  6. Organise events
  7. Identify and coordinate external associations, networks and events
  8. Coordinate budgets, costed plans and overall spend, producing regular reports
  9. Produce digital media (planning, organising production and assisting with development)
  10. Coordinate events - planning all logistics as required
  11. Manage key account tracking and outreach
  12. Drive participation in client feedback programmes
  13. Attend meetings on a regular basis
