Job Summary
TimePlan Education is seeking Child Support Workers to work with a large SEN school in Harrow. The ideal candidates will have previous experience supporting children with complex needs, PMLD, and challenging behaviour.

About the Role
We are looking for caring and pro-active individuals to provide 1:1 support to students aged 2-19 with EHCPs for PMLD, Autism (ASD), and complex needs. The successful applicants will be working in a class of 4-6 pupils, providing tailored support to meet their individual needs. A strong academic focus is present, alongside developing independence in a fun and nurturing way.

Key Skills and Experience
The key skills and experience required include:
  • Previous experience supporting children with PMLD, complex needs, and challenging behaviour
  • One-to-one and small group work
  • Professional manner and enthusiasm

Salary and Benefits
This is a full-time long-term opportunity paid via the agency. The estimated salary range for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum. In addition to a competitive salary, the school offers a rewarding and supportive work environment.
