As an Assistant Practice Manager at mydentist, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional patient care and experiences.

Your Role

  • Work closely with the Practice Manager to lead and develop a large support team, driving excellence in patient care and practice growth.
  • Contribute to the development of a range of NHS and Private treatments, including Implants, Facial Aesthetics, Teeth Whitening, Smile Makeovers, and Invisalign.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for growth and development, ensuring the practice remains at the forefront of dental care.
  • Support the Practice Manager in maintaining high standards of patient care, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all patients.
  • Take ownership of your work, making decisions that prioritize patient needs and drive practice success.
