About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Practice Manager to join our team at mydentist. As a key member of our practice management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Practice Manager in leading and developing a large support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive practice performance by setting objectives and managing budgets to meet financial targets and provide outstanding patient care.
- Lead a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engage with self-employed clinicians while managing contractual relationships.
- Manage compliance and ensure the practice meets regulatory requirements.
- Interpret financial data, including profit and loss accounts, to inform commercial decisions.
About the Practice:
Our Union Street Practice is an Advanced Oral Health Centre with 17 surgeries, offering a range of NHS and private treatments, including implants, facial aesthetics, teeth whitening, and smile makeovers. We have a strong focus on patient care and are committed to delivering high-quality services.
