Job Title: Specialist Technical Support

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Technical Support professional to join our team at Futures.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide critical Saab support to internal and external customers, ensuring the department offers the best level of service in terms of ICT services, specialist applications, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level technical support across ICT services, specialist applications, and equipment.
  • Offer local supervision of work colleagues as required, contributing to efficient and effective Customer Service.
  • Ensure a quality end-to-end ICT Service.
  • Support the development and implementation of ITIL incident and change management processes.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental objectives and goals.

Requirements:

  • Application support experience.
  • Windows Server and VMware expertise.
  • Database support skills.
  • Network and Telephony knowledge.
  • M365 proficiency.
  • Command and Control system experience - ideally Saab SAFE.
  • Radio (Airwave) experience.
  • ITIL incident and change management certification.
