Safety, Health & Environment Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety, Health & Environment Advisor to support Vistry Group in the safe planning, delivery, and review of complex projects across the construction and maintenance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the safe planning, delivery, and review of projects across all areas of the construction and maintenance industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor and report on health, safety, and environmental performance.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a safety, health, and environment role.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
