We are seeking a Commercial Insights Lead to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a key member of our FMCG recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading regional commercial data and category analysis for Western Europe.

The Role:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Beverage landscape.
  • Deliver strategic insights that support business growth and drive decision making.
  • Foster collaborative relationships across the business.
  • Provide accurate, summarised insights to the Commercial teams.
  • Build a strong working relationship with the bottling partner.
  • Support the delivery of Divisional reporting.
  • Be a 'super user' of Power BI.

The Person:

  • Previous experience in category or insight roles in the FMCG industry.
  • Proficient in analysing multiple data sources and creating actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with Nielsen data and commercial sales terminology.
  • Effective in communicating insights through compelling presentations.
  • Excellent at influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
